THE FACE BEHIND CLAIRE

Nick Crosbie, Founder

Hi there, my name is Nick Crosbie or Nick Jenkins, I’m answerable to both. Recently married and trying to figure out which surname I like better. 

I have worked across many industries and in many roles but found my happy place working to bring brands and products to life. I have worked on Big Tech product launches across retail, digital and social, activations in the FMCG space, bringing new brands to market, expanding into global markets, resetting market positioning, rebrands as well as developing and implementing dynamic and engaging consumer experiences. 

Clients that work with me will agree that I provide “calm among chaos”. For me, controlling the chaos is the best place to operate, and the best place to push the boundaries. Why should we do what we have always done? Why should we stick to the status quo? 

I started Claire, The Agency as a way to channel my unique way of working. The name Claire is an ode to my late Grandmother, a woman who just got things done. A woman who everyday I am thankful for being such a big part of my life. A woman who taught me that you can have fun working, and that chaos is inevitable but you just figure out how to make it work for you.

Donatella

Donatella has been with Claire since its inception. 

She comes to Claire with an extensive background in napping, avoiding walks and misunderstanding personal space boundaries. 

She also helps with with our quality control and her attention to detail (when finding sunny patches to nap in) is industry leading.

  • We have a bit of a soft spot for retail. It’s probably something to do with the amount of time we have spent working in retail marketing. We develop in-store journeys and experiences for customers that help to put your products in their hands. Think of POS, but better. Think of displays, but cooler.
